Teeth Grinding
You might not think much of it, but you know that you have been grinding your teeth. You sometimes wake up and feel a dull and constant headache. Other times, you wake up with a jaw that is sore. Your spouse might even tell you that you have been grinding your teeth in the middle of the night.
Teeth grinding, or bruxism, is sometimes caused by stress or anxiety. It often occurs when a person is asleep. The more that you grind your teeth, the more that it becomes a problem for your oral health. Chronic teeth grinding can lead to the fracturing, loosening, or even the loss of teeth.

Grinding your teeth can affect your jaw, increase the effects of TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder)
